COVID-19 Health and Safety Precautions
We would like to tell you about some of the measures we are taking for our visitor’s health and our family’s health, and what to expect as a guest.
- CLEANING. We are cleaning quite a bit. We 1) Disinfect Room, disinfecting high touch surfaces and floor. Then we, 2) Clean the Room, and finally, 3) Disinfect the Room a Second Time. This surpasses the requirements by MINSA, the Panamanian Government.
- ROOM TOUCH UPS. During your stay, we are not providing in room cleaning (or entering your room), unless their is a maintenance issue or an emergency. We provide new towels, coffee, and trash service during your stay on request.
- SELF CHECK IN & CHECK OUT- We provide each person the opportunity for a self check in. Once payment has been received, self checkin instructions will be texted, as well as information about the area. We live at our inn, and during your stay we will check in with each of our guests to see if they have any questions, even if they choose to do a self-check in
- RECEPTION AREA & Whatsapp – We provide you with our whatsapp number for any questions. We can be found and an out of the reception area during breakfast time.
- BREAKFAST – Our breakfasts will continue to be served on each room’s private patio. Dinner can be ordered to be brought to your room.
What happens if I book, then we can’t come because I am in quarantine, or lockdown, or someother pandemic related issue.
No worries, if you have paid, we let you use the credit anytime within the next year after your booked date.
Are masks really required?
Currently masks are required in public outdoor areas in Panama. If this doesn’t fit who you are and your lifestyle, please save us both the stress and choose accommodations elsewhere.
