Celestino

Cele is a Panamanian native who grew up in rural Veraguas – exploring, hunting and fishing.  He is a co-owner of Coffee Mountain Inn. His professional career led him to work for Tommy Guardia, the National Institute of Geography.  He has led and developed our tours for the past five years, is currently working to establish a small business network for tourism in Santa Fe,  and is highly rated by customers.

Chaeli

Chaeli (me) has worked in natural resources for fifteen years.  I have my graduate degree in ecology and spent the majority of my professional career in ecological based research (geospatial ecology) before starting Coffee Mountain Inn.

I started out as a seasonal Park Ranger in Northern California, first came to Panama as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Community Environmental Education, and managed visitor services for the US Forest Service as well.  Today, I enjoy taking guests along trails and through experiences that they wouldn’t get to achieve or do by themselves.
