This tour is led by Celestino, the owner of Coffee Mountain Inn.  We start out at our small, demonstration plots of coffee with a quick overview of the area coffee production.  We then travel by car in a loop around Santa Fe, to view local production.  We travel back to the community processing plant where we see where the coffee is roasted and packaged.  Due to current biosecurity measures, only two visitors are permitted inside at one time.  So, group may be split.  Finally we return to Coffee Mountain Inn to taste the coffee.
